Dr Brenda McCormack PhD

Dr Brenda McCormack joined Lipoxen in 2001 as a Senior Scientist.
She graduated from University College Dublin with a BSc in Chemistry and Biochemistry and obtained her PhD from the University of London. Brenda joined Professor Gregoriadis’s team at the Centre for Drug Delivery Research, London School of Pharmacy in 1991 where she carried out research on drug and vaccine delivery systems including liposomes and cyclodextrins.
Brenda has published over 30 peer-reviewed scientific papers and articles in prestigious Journals and lectured on her work at numerous international meetings. She has co-edited seven books on drugs and vaccine delivery and targeting. She is at present Lipoxen’s Laboratory Manager.
